Long Island Electrical works closely with our industrial MRO and OEM customers to deliver custom projects on time and within budget.

We are experts in designing and fabricating power distribution, flow control, and specialty motor control systems. OEM customers come to UEP when standard, off-the-shelf products cannot solve the problem, and when they need a custom solution in a short timeframe.

We operate a fully UL-508 certified fabrication plant, and we routinely create highly customized solutions in four weeks or less, including all design, approvals, construction, and delivery.

Long Island Electrical is regularly engaged to design and build one-of-a-kind controls, such as the custom control system shown at left. It is one of several motor control systems we designed for the Rikers Island Correctional Facility in New York. The system gives corrections officers a flexible and safe way to manage all doors in a given area.
