OLD BRIDGE, New Jersey, October 14, 2022 - L. Winik & Associates, Inc. has signed an agreement to sell its assets to Power-Flo Technologies, Inc. (PFT). The transaction is scheduled to close on October 14, 2022.

Nassor Electrical Supply Co. Inc. has signed an agreement to sell its assets Nassor Acquisition, LLC, a Power-Flo Technologies company (PFT). The transaction closed on December 23, 2019. This decision was made to strengthen the business and provide continuity for the Nassor Electrical Supply employee base and customers in the New Jersey and NYC markets.

Crescent Electric Supply Company has signed an agreement to sell the assets of their Bronx, NY branch to Long Island Electrical Distributing, a Power-Flo Technologies company (PFT). The transaction is scheduled to close on August 30, 2019.

Twinco Acquisition LLC d/b/a Twinco Supply (“Twinco”), a subsidiary of Power-Flo Technologies has purchased the assets of Twinco Supply Corp. and will expand its operations to three new locations in Huntington Station, Long Island City, and Manhattan.

AAI Acquisition LLC, a subsidiary of Power-Flo Technologies has purchased the assets of Auburn Armature Inc. Joining the ‘Power-Flo Technologies’ (PFT) family, ‘AAI, a Power-Flo Technologies Company’ (AAI) will expand PFT’s offering across six upstate New York locations; Albany, Syracuse, Binghamton, Rochester, Buffalo, and Auburn.
